Fritz Frye is a native of Horry County, born and raised in Aynor, SC. He has been playing music in the area for over 30 years in the bands Feel, The Resistors, Southern Blue, and RetroGrade. You can expect to hear all your favorite country, rock, and pop songs all mixed in with some originals.
In 2021 Fritz was nominated for a Carolina Country Music Award for Entertainer of the Year and Male Artist of the Year. In 2022 and 2024 he was also a nominee for a CCMA. In 2023 he was nominated for a Josie Music Award for Songwriter of The Year (Personal Portfolio-Male). He is an active member of the International Singer-Songwriters Association with a nomination for: Entertainer of the Year, Song Writer of the Year, Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year, and Single of the Year. His songs “Southern Belle”, “Love Her to Pieces”, and “Calling on Love” have been played on country music radio. His original music is available on all music streaming platforms.
